    you should have a button in the right corner on yor keyboard as it stands "prt sc". Press it and paste in a painting program for example: paint.NET.

    Or press F10, it will save a screenshot in My Documents/TrackMania. It's a bmp file. Tho it doesnt always work for some reasons.
